Flexibility and decent pay, Good work life balance.
Cons
New management have no idea what they are doing. They have taken a fantastic NZ brand and are joining the race to the bottom and using all the front-line retail staff along the way. There are no clear channels of communication and a lot of fed up staff. It won't be long until they start closing their flagship stores throughout the country. Disheartening to be part of and i would not take on a retail role with this company any time in the future. There is no guarantee you will have a job in 6 months. Store hours have recently been slashed across the country.
