Some co-workers are great people.

Cons

Low pay, upper management and HR not willing to resolve problems in a timely manner, mandated overtime. I frequently had to fill in for LPN's calling off, which caused me to fall behind on my responsibilities, which management expects you to still keep up with although you had to do some other persons' job.

inmates (not all, but some) some people you work with are quality people

Cons

they take pto time away if you don’t make all 40 hours sick and vacation are combined cheap company communication is lacking high expectations with minimal pay
