Great co-workers but low pay and poor management support - Registered Nurse Wexford Health Sources Employee Review

Low pay, upper management and HR not willing to resolve problems in a timely manner, mandated overtime. I frequently had to fill in for LPN's calling off, which caused me to fall behind on my responsibilities, which management expects you to still keep up with although you had to do some other persons' job.
