Pros
There was very little to say that was a positive about this company. The only thing that they did was overpay for their employees, however they did this so they would trap you into a high paying job.
Cons
Everything about this company from the leadership to the care they provided to the inmates is horrible. First of all the only MD's that they are hiring are the ones that barely passed their boards. The reason why most of them are working there is that they are barely competent or they have had some past professional miscues. They provide old and outdated care to the inmates. Their philosophy is that the inmates aren't going anywhere so we will provide them treatments that may take a few weeks to resolve the ailment rather than a more modern treatment that would maybe take them a few days to be cured. The leadership team there is made up of people that are totally insane. They have no clue on what healthcare is. They manage through intimidation. They yell and scream at everyone all of the time. There are a handful of people that are in the "administrative click" and they make an obscene amount of money compared to the rest of the staff for doing very little work and providing no leadership.
