      Frugal doesn't mean cheap

      Pros

      The DAP market is a growing space with many opportunities, and Whatfix is rated one of the top players. It is potentially a good company to get experience at if you are located at HQ in India.

      Cons

      A company's value is to be Frugal, which translates into being cheap. This is evident in its tools and systems, travel and expense policies, second-hand equipment, and employee benefits. It all starts from here. If they want to be a global company, they will need to grow up a lot. The first step is to understand and adapt to global practices rather than trying to get everyone to adopt the Indian way of thinking and working. If they start here, they might be able to stop the colossal staff turnover and catch up on the backfilling of roles so people don't feel so burnt out.
