      Pros

      On the production side, there is some collaboration among a few strong workers, which helps keep operations moving.

      Cons

      Workloads are difficult to manage, and employees are frequently taken advantage of. Financial commitments are made but not honored, which further erodes trust in both ownership and leadership. The culture at the top is consistently negative, with owners and leaders speaking poorly about employees and shifting blame onto former staff rather than addressing internal issues. These behaviors create a discouraging, low morale environment with very little accountability.

      Caring individuals at each level of the company, top to bottom; being a small company, there's some flexibility and opportunity for individuals to be creative, to provide solutions and influence how their roles , teams, or departments can grow and be setup for success; 401(k)s with 5% matching; Medical and Dental benefits offered, 50% of premiums for employees covered; if you are ambitious and wanting to unite with a company where you can learn and grow together, this could be the place for you;

      Cons

      No standardized training in all areas yet, you may need to be the trailblazer for making things great in your role or department, but this will be appreciated and recognized; being under 50 employees, the company insurance benefits are limited; Lots of initiative and the ability to self-educate required; Not a job to just show up and expect things to be turnkey and easy; Work can be impacted by the weather and so that can sometimes impact holidays and weekends;
