Lots of exciting projects are coming up

Cons

Geoff is too involved with the office. Time for him to retire. Cost of gas is astronomical but we must drive into the office 4x per week because of him. Talk about lack of consideration for staff esp if you don’t make much.

Waterslides are pretty and fun.

Cons

Undermining of decisions due to politics and popularity. Not merit based. Lack of consistent or clear direction from management. No chain of command. Decisions are made and unmade based on privileged access to execs. Paper tiger documentation of procedures. Pass-the-buck approach to finding answers or decisions. Employees often quit without having new employment. 2-3 times per year.
