      Expect a lot with very little back

      Great colleagues and hybrid working

      Cons

      HR is useless and not supportive Very poor salary increases (if at all) Turning into a dictatorship with no recourse to staff Despite huge profits, the existing support staff receive minimal benefits being told they can’t increase salaries, whilst the firm take on more staff

      I cannot name one positive thing about this place

      Cons

      Rude and obnoxious staff, badly managed with horrible paralegals and lawyers who think they are better than everyone else. No training provided even if it’s promised. No amount of money would make me work for this place again.
