      Pros

      Good sales incentive scheme, pays even below 100% sales achievement, really helps even with minimum wage basic pay, fun events, SM Retail benefits, SM-wide discounts and credit line, HMO, store operations are not too demanding, no hard selling.

      Cons

      Targets change monthly, sometimes higher than stock inventory.
