Pros

Small studio vibe where everyone gets involved and knows each other. Big projects.

Cons

Location could be better. Can get busy (but not too demanding).

A tiny studio believing to be big

Pros

The management is so lost and directionless that you may get paid for months without doing any actual job. Redundancy packages are reasonably generous.

Cons

It’s a microscopic studio in the gaming scene but with a ego that I have rarely witnessed anywhere else in the industry. The studio survives by botto feeding from bigger actual gaming studios doing porting if various kind. No actual creative work is done in this place. Management is primarily composed of leftovers from EA’s Melbourne Studio with an average age of 55yo, managed by white male boomers like only boomers would manage. My advice is to steer clear of this place, this is where failed game developers cone to await for retirement.
