      Pros

      Learned a lot of lessons including knowledge about financial banking system here. Learned skills not only for gathering requirement but to design the product, learned the system works and also to present the materials for clients.

      Cons

      The salary doesn't really match with how much the job desk given. Only old employee get big salary because they've been years in here.

      Good for first time job or apprenticeship. friendly environment. good chance to start your career as an engineer

      Cons

      Bad salary and appreciation for the company. Not a good place to deepen your skill as an engineer case there is no senior that has a good skill (best practice)
