Wifly promotes an environment of self-fulfillment where employees have a very high degree of independence in the decision-making process, and are in exchange required to be highly committed and motivated to learn and apply new learnings in his/her job position. We also have a culture of collaboration that goes beyond helping our colleagues, to create a collaborative and community sentiment between our team and all the other related stake-holders: Clients, suppliers, investors, and society in general. We like challenges, and have a very positive attitude towards them. We create solutions to make people's life easier, and ultimately to create liveable cities and increase their citizen's wellbeing.
Cons
Wifly is still a very young organization, with a lot of pressure for results and a high potential for process standarization. This creates a stressful and changing environment, where people are required to contribute actively to the creation of new processes and the efficience of the company.
