Wouldn't recommend working here for anyone that wants an actual career. Management don't care, staff don't care about what they're contributing to and poor performers are kept on if they're well liked by management. It's difficult to articulate the skills learned in any role here as they're all quite basic in requirement. You won't get a pay rise and you may be made redundant due to lack of funding strategy, but at least you can attend well splurged after-work drinks.
