      Pros

      It is a good place to work if you do not need money, busy only 2-3 months during the year. The design team is friendly. It is suitable for only high school graduates and not higher education grads.

      Cons

      - Pay is far below the market average - No over-time payment (Almost never required) - Zero benefit, No insurance, No bonus!!! -No room for growth -Small learning room
