      Pros

      I worked at Wild Well Control for over 10 years. Management was excellent, benefits were outstanding, and the company offered a great work-life balance with a family feel.

      Cons

      The main challenge was the limited opportunities for advancement, as moving up the corporate ladder often required strong connections.

      Great group of people to work with for the most part, generous benefit package & OTE compensation

      Cons

      A few bad apples ruin the tree for the culture side of things... there's a clique that if you're not in with, things are challenging day to day.
