No management support whatsoever No onboarding whatsoever A complete lack of management direction The culture is one of fear blame Dictatorial style of management Management that are out of their depth in terms of leadership

Great staff, very friendly and make work days enjoyable :) lunch provided. One of the best jobs Ive had, as long as your okay with a bit of hard work on the busier day.
Cons
Still rather new to running on a larger scale with lots of new staff members and are still figuring some thing out
