There are some solid growth opportunities here to bolster your resume as a student. Working with a diverse workforce and generally the culture is friendly.

Cons

Management has a great deal of favouritism. Promotions come with high responsibility increases, but lack appropriate compensation. Work can be hectic during peak hours.

Awesome idea, love zipping all the time, freedom (sometimes) and good people for the most part.

Cons

Company is flexible, manager is not. Teams need to get on the same page. The often think every other individual is the problem, rather than taking a look within and working to clear the frustrations of their workers.

Amazing summer job, very active and great for people that love being outdoors.

Cons

Some of the physical labor required is difficult, and pay doesn't reflect it. You do not get paid more for having more endorsements, or being responsible for more things.
