Living wage employer who also gives bonuses and pay rises. They really care for their staff and have gone above and beyond to help out, by offering me loans and helping out when under financial stress. The owner is fun to work for and looks after us at all times, we often get bought lunch from subway or dominos. Ive been trained up from not having any experience and its been nice to be made feel like im valued even though I didnt have the initial skills. We get 50% off all products with a staff discount, and I have bought way too much already! Good for meeting new people, and working as part of a small team. It's good cos there are people working part-time, full time and you can work around uni or parental schedules. They are a zero waste company so nothing is thrown out and all scraps are made into other items or given to charity The manager is really approachable if you need to ask any questions
