Pros
Nothing good to say about the company. It was the worst 6 months of my life and I should have known when i found out the company for 20years it never had people of colour besides the cleaning lady.
Cons
Racist Underpay Incompetency from partners that are regarded as CAs they were so out of touch about anything even the accounting standards itself. They will throw you in the deep end without even providing you guidance. The other manager sees everyone that comes in as a threat so expect him backstabbing you always and recruiting people to do that too.
