Pros
Fancy on the CV. Competitive salary. A lot of great youd passionate people to network with. Some of the more experienced staff ( eg. Yasmin Al-Ani Spence, Frederic Andre, Julia ) are amazing, but not the majority are like that.
Cons
Arrogant team leaders, who cant handle neither power, nor the responsibilities that come with it. Abusive behavior and little to no investment in staff other than Linkedin tutorials. The essence of their design of the past is lost and they are just recycling their once creative ideas and inspirations. A lot, a lot, a lot of unpaid sleepless nights sacrificed for lost competitions. (you will get a free dinner and a cab home)
