Pros
Worked as a law clerk, and can't say enough about how much I learned while working here. Every attorney is different, and you can learn something new from each of them. Great environment, professional but still a big family.
Cons
There's no natural transition from law clerk to associate. Plus side: no one leaves because its a great place to work. Downside: there are not a lot of openings for associate attorneys. Almost every attorney is a partner.
