      Pros

      Research enviornment, lots of freedom, supported Open Source very much. Fun work on comptuter vision and robots

      Cons

      No direction, wouldn't listen to attack manufacturing or logistics. Now they may have changed, the money is cut back and they must make a product.

      Pros

      Overall a great team. The CEO did what he believed was correct for the company and the team within the company. In house kitchen and lunch was provided. Very cool location within Menlo Park.

      Cons

      Sometimes not everyone was on the same page. Those with organizational knowledge were rarely tapped for information.
