Pros

The clients are for the most part awesome and why I stayed so long.

Cons

Lack of communication within all departments. Money focused management instead of client based. I've had to have clients in reflections detoxing hard because they missed group and got a med pass. There's also been clients denied job interviews due to missing group and the company not being paid. Being called or texted at 8:30pm to finish something.

Good stepping stone, I suppose.

Cons

It's be a little while but I'm not surprised to see that they still have a high turnover rate. The place could use structure. They were understaffed and employees were rude to each other. Poor communication and they didn't treat the clients equally. They were not consistent with rules and consequences. The place needed structure.
