      Pros

      A good company that keeps me engaged, pays well and makes me feel valued. I'm able to get the support I need for my career.

      Cons

      Office workspace needs development but its underway. Better relationships between departments would be nice.

      Good company benefits- a healthcare scheme, a bonus scheme etc

      Cons

      I have a feeling the review previous to this one was left by HR/one of the managers who are hiring. There are some good things about the company but generally it’s a stressful work environment and you’re very highly scrutinised. I think I had a particularly bad experience here so maybe it is not as terrible in other departments but for me personally, I’ve never had a job that had such a bad impact on my mental health.
