If this is for WFG/WinFinancial group. It is a FA agency like many others. If you’re looking for a team to join, do join the other leaders in this company. These leaders (all the male leaders actually) will actually pump money and effort into you to help you grow and succeed.
Cons
The leader I’d advise not joining is Winnie. The other leaders are good, just not her. You’ll see many other reviews here. She earns buckets loads of money, not even kidding, but she doesn’t pump it back into her company and the other leaders and consultants will fork out everything on their own. Yet even as she does not contribute much to help her consultants, she will demand a lot, micromanage, and enforce a lot of rules of her own that can be very questionable. Even as majority gives feedback on matter x, she alone will just go with what she thinks as 1 person and affect the event run by her consultants. So if you’re seeking a job, do join the other leaders and you will be fine. Be wary if you find yourself under her.
