Company experienced large growth but instead of promoting and developing it's existing employees, Siemens Industry brought in all of their own management who subsequently brought in their own colleagues killing growth potential unless you move into other brances of Siemens companies.
Supervisor was kind of busy. He wasn't having time to spend with me. Also, the language was an issue. My german wasn't really great. And I felt supervisor wasn't happy to help.
