Pros
Interesting Staff, customers arent too bad most the time. Stable job aslong as you don't mind an awful job.
Cons
Back breaking work, long hours, bad management which doesn't listen to anyone, cares too much about image and not practicality, very strong customer is always right mentality and they will also favor the customer even if they are clearly in the wrong.
