What I love most about working at Wingate is the work-life balance and the opportunity to be creative in how we care for and connect with residents. No two days are ever the same, which keeps the job rewarding, meaningful, and fun.

I’ve worked part-time at Wingate Residences at Haverhill for the past 4 years, and it truly feels like a second family. The residents mean so much to me, and building relationships with them has been the most rewarding part of being a CNA here. The team is supportive, management cares, and there’s a genuine sense of compassion throughout the community. It’s a wonderful place to work if you love caring for people and making a difference every day.
