Leadership encourages collaboration, and there is a strong focus on resident/customer experience and team engagement. One of the things I value most is the opportunity to work with dedicated colleagues who genuinely care about their work and support one another. The organization also provides meaningful learning experiences and exposure to different aspects of operations, as well as internal growth opportunities.
