      There are no pros to work here's

      Cons

      Too many to list. Way way understaffing won't take care of overworked staff. Offer bonuses that they don't pay. When you don't pick up shifts they don't let you forget it

      If you need nursing experience before entering the hospital, if you want to work in long term and are lazy

      Cons

      Far below average pay, expect to have to stay for doubles you weren't scheduled for, lots of employees who not only don't do their job but REFUSE to actually work, no EMRs, housekeeping that could care less, and incompetency at every level

      Pros

      Wingate is acting now only because the Union is on their doorstep.

      Cons

      I JUST got a 2% salary increase now because the union wants in. It's only been 3 years... Now they treat their employees right because they are afraid someone else will. Btw 2% in three years doesn't make up for years of neglect.
