      Helping children with special needs.

      Cons

      Employers do not care about the staff. No proper breaks or training. Some of the special needs children have behaviors and can cause major stress on the employee who isn't properly trained on taking care of children who hit you on the daily.

      Thank you for your commitment to our students and to WINGS as a former Instructional Aide. We are grateful for all you offered our program during your employment. Our compensation for the IA role is actually 2 dollars more per hour than market rate, and we are looking at ways to improve benefits post pandemic. As new leadership takes effect increased training and safety measures continue to be added.
