      Amazing resources available to families. Reasonable case loads for staff. Okay pay. Benefits are okay as well. Dedicated and knowledgeable line staff.

      Cons

      Poor upper management, low morale. Upper management does not know and understand the work. Make decisions without information. Use intimidation tactics to gain compliance.
