Pros

High bonuses, competitive salary, don't feel that I'm treated as agency worker but full-time employee. Also I'm free to do my own decisions.

Cons

Company is still growing so there are still some small issues - not having replacement for my own if sick or being on holidays so I'm limited at this point.

Pros

There wasn’t any pros. Foreigners getting more work in then people who are actually from the uk needing money for there family

Cons

Hardly getting work because there was too many people from other agencies, even if you confirm your working hours with them. Say you want to work the full week to get money in for your family you’ll confirm the days and hours you want to work just to be sent home on that day and maybe the next day and the day after that so instead of working the whole week you may only work 2/6 days you’ve picked so if you don’t have a family go for it but if you have a family go find yourself a better job these aren’t worth your time.

Pros

Flexibility was immaculate as I barely received any shifts.

Cons

Mostly Everything, They were in breach of GDPR as they lost one of my family members details (including bank details, NI Number, Passport photocopy and contact). They also were in breach of employment law (according to a solicitor and citizens advice) trying to pressure a 17 year old (myself) into doing a 12 hour shift (which they cant do with the exceptions of 3 principles, and those 3 exceptions weren't satisfied) as it would affect getting up for college the next morning therefore affecting studies which are important. They had the audacity to say if i didn't do the 12 hour weekend shifts then they wouldn't give me any of the 8 hour weekend ones, which I was willing to do. They just dont care about people. Basically if you were struggling with physical health, they'd still make you come into work. For example, I sprained 3 of my fingers and I physically couldn't do work, but I still came in otherwise I would've been let go instantly. They also didn't answer the phone so if my car broke down on the way to work they wouldn't be able to see the reason why I didn't turn up to work. It is just ran by horrible people who cant do their job properly. Now I am just a normal guy from a middle class background working for some extra money during full time education, I don't have to but I do anyway because I believe people who can work should work, and i want to, but these staff mistreat their employees so much I almost dread being there now. Now I have left I am so happy and I believe I can work in any environment because they are nothing but law breaking, arrogant, rude, horrible people who have poor organisation, management and phone answering skills. Horrific experience
