Pros
Nice offices and they provide fresh fruit for employees and are very well meaning people with a couple of inspirational leaders. The values they try to project are good
Cons
Some of the senior directors have roles that they are not trained or qualified for, so although well meaning, they do not always react appropriately. On the other hand there was one person at Salford who worked herself to death to try and do everything that others did not take responsibility for and the result was that the left hand did not know what the right was doing. You would get told one thing by one source yet practicalities dictated something else . They purport a culture that wants a good work/home life balance but the excessive work load placed on certain staff makes it impossible.
