Pros
Fletcher Building Employee Education Fund for further education (paid between FB and WWB) FB Family days Parental Leave policy - 100% salary for 6 months or 50% for 12 months with 6 month reduced hour return to work with full pay
Cons
Pay increases aren't based on individual performance and are low. Can be hard for the lower paid employees who rely on the increases, whereas the leaders don't feel it. Leaders are reluctant to change. Not a lot of opportunities for growth as people stay for years at a time.
