Pros

If you do what the managers want then all is OK. There is satisfaction in helping learners grow and find their way. Can be a great work, life balance.

Cons

There is always the co worker who is narcissistic and the manager who gravitate towards them. In the final years of working there it was not a great environment for my mental health. Also managers override assessment results and pass students who the tutor fails because they cheated or clearly were not up to standard. The higher exectives support this also. It is not a good environment. Dont't work here if you wish to maintain your morals.
