Low pay, healthcare 75% paid for (rest out of pocket), no support for growth or certifications (any support has bad conditions), no care for employees, most profit goes to management while others get scraps, parking is expensive and not subsidized, barely any company or team events, employees are not taken seriously (complaints are mostly ignored), empty promises, advancements are almost impossible unless you sell your life to the company (even so, not remotely worth it), 100% profit driven without regard for wellbeing, LOTS of micromanaging and insane turnover (above 75% easily), company does not care for reason regarding turnover (they just try to hire again and again, super inefficient), absolutely no diversity, super antiquated hierarchy—not a meritocracy at all
