Pros

Induction part is good, personally every one in this company is very good and helpful.

Cons

They called them wealth advisors but selling & pushing only insurance. While working there I realized that what a mistake I've done.? They don't need employees they only need Life Insurance Agents, they train you how to become a good insurance agent, how to do cold calling, how to do door to door marketing, daily in the morning huddle they ask the same and after huddle @12noon MIS on there what's app group publish - how much cold calling u have done?? Again @4pm and same @8pm. If you like to do cold calling and door to door marketing go for this company or else go for reputed multi-national insurance companies rather going for them.

Thanks for your review . The review which you have posted is to tarnish company image & it is completely incorrect . You have resigned as you failed to cope up with the basic hygiene of company culture. You should be grateful to the company that we offered you a job of DBM when you were in need of a Job .Before joining us you were not getting any job from any of the companies and you were working as food packager with Zomato . We are a Financial services firm promoting financial planning and we are not a life insurance company . After working for 14 years in financial services companies you were struggling to understand about the Mutual fund , Bonds, Market Linked Debenture, PMS, Life insurance products. In fact, there are Management Trainee who were freshers in your Induction batch and are doing much better than you carrying 14 years of work experience . It was more frustrating for you when young one’s started doing good and you could not even start your first score . After 10 days of robust Induction and training you were struggling with the basics like reporting MIS on time , could not upgrade your knowledge on Mutual funds , Bonds, PMS and other products . Not only this you did anti- organizational activity notified in mail by one of the Management Trainee . We were informed that you were instigating the Management Trainee not to work hard and not to focus on new client acquisition. And as per you, after few months company will automatically map clients to everyone once the Management Trainee will not be able to perform . Since, these young ones with no experience started doing good and you having rich professional experience were sitting at Zero .To cover your non performance you have started persuading Management trainees not to work efficiently . You could not sustain due to your own sheer negative attitude . I hope you will certainly improve and if you are lucky enough to get a job don't practice your negative attitude there again. We wish you good luck.

Cons

* Their is not any customer centric approach, They are fitting only high revenue product in the client portfolio. * Egoistic top management, don't know how to respect their colleague and team mates except one or two managers. * Toxic work culture had a profound impact on my mental health. High exploitation of employees by forcing them to work for long hour's and doing office politics to control employees by creating such situations that employees work in fear. * There is not any cafeteria or any place where you can eat your lunch peacefully. * I think manipulation is the core of firm, at every stage they try to manipulate you and try to mind wash you and comparing with others. In starting you find this firm great place to work, you think you find your dream job , here you get a growth and bla bla bla but after a while you get to know what is the future. * I have a very kind words for the Wise FinServ in my mind, which i am bound to share here. * The only suggestion is please think once before join, If you have a good life and want to destroy then you can join.

talking about prons they pretend that they are professional but they are not force everyone to write positive review about them they sell mutual fund which has high revenue to their organisation they don't care about good financial planning if you want to become agent with full pressure from day one join this organization branch manager regional manager zonal manager & all others everyone is agent here if you join this company they will pressure you to sell their to your relative they will ask for your relative data like contact no. & address

this organization has very high politics, professionalism is not there. after joining within week they force you to write positive review even hr of this company are local not professional at all . as a worker you can't expect any help Or support from them talking about sales they purely believe into cold calling those who want knock unknown doors can join this organization. each & every sales person is agent here. (not only agent life insurance agent which they will ask you to sell to your relatives) think 100 times before joining them
