Pros
- Robin Nadel is a perfect mentor, role model and advocates for her designers. Her work ethic is unmatched.
Cons
- Co-owner Harvey has strong favouritism amongst his staff and often comes across as serving his own self interests - Takes a lot to push management out of old school ways of doing things - Things are always chaotic and it appeared to be from not having the appropriate team structure. No one has any idea what anyone else is doing so when one person is absent no one else can step in.
