      Don't operate on first come first serve basis. They operate how serious is the employee, how well he does his job. If you do well you are more likely to more shifts

      Flexible shifts available and easy to manage

      Cons

      Overbooking is very common which leads to being sent home if full on arrival, this leads to waste of money on travel.
