I have been working at WiseTech Global full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I've been with WiseTech for just over 2 years now. And every year my career continues to evolve. I have the support from the Leadership team to work on projects that I'm interested in; last year during a new product design and build phase, I was approached to take on the project because of my contributions in my previous team. You're seen and heard, and the work we do is valued. We're always investing in the newest technologies, and I couldn't imagine working anywhere else.

    Cons

Although times are uncertain at the moment, I can't fault WiseTech throughout their response to the pandemic.

    No Opinion of CEO

I worked at WiseTech Global full-time

    Pros

Great at teaching efficiency, business skills and pays well

    Cons

Eat at your desks as there is no eating areas, little to no events for people, leaders lack empathy, communication is not celebrated and instead frowned upon. People are not really important. People are numbers.

"Great perks, bad managing skills on leaders"

    3.0
Former Employee - Administrator in Sydney

I worked at WiseTech Global full-time

    Pros

Many perks in the office, such as weekly drinks, daily breakfast, endless coffee

    Cons

Managers which have been there since the beginning, seem to struggle to adapt to the proposed culture and the flat hierarchy makes it harder to be able to tell.

I have been working at WiseTech Global full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Hard work is rewarded by regular company lunches and Friday "Beer O'clock" (don't let the name confuse you, whilst there is beer, there is also a plethora of food and non-alcoholic options). Plenty of lunchtime sport teams to join. By my second week at Wisetech Global, I had joined a futsal and basketball team, both of which I am still playing in 10 months later. Paid team building activities that are decided by the team month. I far, I have gotten lost in escape rooms and partaken in a French cooking class.

    Cons

Increased communication across teams would add further efficiencies
