Pros

This company respects its employees and treat them well. The higher manager is especially nice and respectful and trusting. They never blamed the lower employees if something went not so great and left time to improve and develop.

Cons

Rather small, but it is also an advantage given the family atmosphere. The product has not yet succeeded so this is the main challenge and difficulty.
