Pros
- Leadership takes accountability and is intentional in decision-making - Teams are taking real, active steps to improve inclusivity and diversity in hiring - Work culture actually promotes taking real time off and healthy work/life boundaries — doesn't call employees "family" as an excuse to overwork them - Work from home flexibility!
Cons
- Small company is growing fast and still figuring out work processes (employees are actively working on organizing and streamlining though!) - 100% remote work has its challenges — good communication is key
