Pros
- Multicultural teams, offering great diversity - Pets are allowed - Beautiful office decor - Plenty of food available (a small comfort amidst the chaos)
Cons
- Salary: Very low, completely undervalued compared to qualifications and experience, and you are made to believe it's normal. Many foreigners unfortunately stay just to keep their visa and face difficulties in salary progression. - Turnover: Way too high, employees stay around 1 year. Beware of transparency, management loooves to transform the reasons for departures. - Management and structure: Due to high turnover, management is unstable and almost non-existent. Decisions and teams constantly change, promises are not kept. - Training: No additional training in over a year to help employees progress.

Diversity of the projects, expertise development, freedom to start new offers, diversity of the profiles, caring attitude at all levels
Cons
Company still under evolution, up and down in the workload which i guess is normal
