Money! Money and Money. At times, it borders on slave labour considering the effort required for such minimal pay for the job you are doing, especially in comparison to what other companies are paying elsewhere for less duties. Non-utilisation days are frequently pushed back, and you're often booked on back-to-back engagements. Even when you exceed targets, don’t expect a pay rise. Also not once did WithSecure offer to pay for certs or training when I was there.
