• Horrible Management: The leadership at WithSecure is completely disconnected from the realities employees face. Decisions are made at the top without any consideration for the impact on staff, and communication is practically non-existent. • No Career Growth: Don’t expect any career advancement here. Promotions and development opportunities are severely lacking unless you’re part of a favored inner circle. It’s a dead-end job for most people. • Burnout Culture: The workload is insane, and there’s no appreciation or support from management. You’re expected to work long hours with little recognition, and burnout is inevitable. • Toxic Work Environment: The company’s culture is one of blame, not support. There’s a severe lack of respect for employees, with favoritism and office politics running rampant. Morale is at an all-time low, and good people are leaving in droves. • Lack of Vision: WithSecure is a sinking ship. The company is struggling to find its direction, and constant internal chaos makes it impossible to succeed. They’ve lost their innovative edge, and it’s clear there’s no solid future here. • Poor Work-Life Balance: Management doesn’t care about your personal life. You’re expected to sacrifice your health and well-being for the company, with no compensation or support in return.

Salary compensation was significantly below industry standards, especially when compared to other leading companies. The situation worsened after F-Secure acquired the company, implementing changes and decisions that didn’t align with our work culture or business approach. This led to a constant sense of instability and fear of redundancies, making the work environment increasingly uncertain.
