Both to the international offices and for specific projects Responsibility and ownership of projects. Whenever clients come in, I get to talk to them directly, present my work and work with them on their feedback. It's a really exciting way to run projects

I have never been in a job for as long as I have at Within. Over the years I have seen the company grow from a team of 4 to 20 and branching out across the world with an office up and running in Hong Kong. The creative team are great to be around and work with. The work produced by such a young team is extraordinary and can only get better as time passes! The Directors are inspiring and an absolute delight to work. I've worked closely with them both for the last few years and they continue to support me and help me progress in my skills. There is scope to progress in career and move up the ladder, which is great to have in a relatively small company. Plus there are plenty of benefits and travel opportunities which you can't complain about. All in all - an absolute pleasure to work in such a multi-cultural and dynamic company with such a talented bunch of humans. I look forward to many more years!
