The only thing good is the first few months

Cons

- horrible management (don't care about their employees) - unfair pay, this week could be fair but the next week you can get underpaid depending on the project (not discussed beforehand, will just surprise you) - horrible shifting schedules (won't ask you if you're okay with it)
