      Good Company To Work With

      Pros

      I rate everything based on my priority, 1. Salary - I am more than happy! 2. Hike - Based on your performance. If your performance is top notch, You will get more than what you expect 3. Environment - Peaceful 4. Work culture - Zero % micromanagement and you will be given full freedom to work. High learning, more opportunities! 5. Work Timings - Based on the team. More or like flexible timings 6. Politics in management hierarchy - Obviously zero politics between management and end employees. 7. Learning is very high! I have learnt a lot of things in past 6 months! Opportunities is immense as company is growing!

      Cons

      Nothing to say. They do everything before you expect. They work hard to ensure employees are taken care well.

      Pros

      1. After leaving this company you can survive any situation in any other company. Because you have seen the worst situations here. 2. You will learn how to spend the whole month without getting paid. 3. You will learn a new philosophy of "we are not working for money". 4. You will learn how to give up your personal life and live for your company.

      Cons

      1. Not even minimum facilities for the employees. 2. Employees get treated like slaves and dogs. 3. 6 working days and each day more than 10 hrs you have to work. 4. Unrealistic timelines. You need to complete 20 days project within 5 days. If you can then you will get Saturday off. 5. They stop giving salary and put the blame on you that you could not complete the project on time so client did not pay. 6. Abuse employees in front of other employees. 7. Management does not care that you have a personal life also.

      1) Work Flexibility 2) Steep Learning Curve 3) Next-Gen "DevOps" implementation 4) Company is doing good recently 5) I have learnt a lot in very little time !
