Pros

One of the learning platform for my career. I wanted to transition to HR domain and the CEO helped me with the same. She hired me with no experience so that I can get the experience in my CV. To be true it was not easy to work with the founder as she is an overachiever but I learnt a lot from her style of working. She is a fighter and trying her level best that everyone live her vision including team.

Cons

One person show currently. She hires the people because she sees the best in others but then result doesn’t happen

Pros

Honestly?! Nothing good about it!!!

Cons

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Employee turnover is alarmingly high, and very few people choose to stay. You can check the records—only one employee remained, and that was due to personal reasons. The main issues I faced were: 1. A complete lack of structure within the company. 2. The owner comes from a different industry and has no understanding of recruitment. 3. Management treats employees poorly, often resorting to humiliation and creating an environment of fear. 4. Extreme micromanagement that stifles productivity. 5. A contradiction between their public advocacy for women’s rights and their actual treatment of employees. 6. A total absence of work culture and ethics. Overall, this was the worst employer I have worked for, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a healthy and professional work environment.
